I consent to the PrOPEL Hub using the video recording of me, including images of me, both internally and externally to promote the PrOPEL Hub.  I understand that these images may be edited where necessary and will be uploaded as content to YouTube and to the PrOPEL  website www.propelhub.org displaying my name and organisation.  They may also use these in print and digital media formats for promotional purposes in email communication, digital advertisements and social media.

Images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides.

The PrOPEL Hub will retain the images/footage/audio on YouTube and our website for a period of up to five years, at which point they will be deleted from the PrOPEL Hub’s files.

Full Copyright (including any Performance Rights) and Moral Rights of the images/footage/audio and content derived from such, remains with the owner.  However, by clicking yes, I grant permission to the PrOPEL Hub to use the images/footage/audio and content as outlined above.

I understand that where materials are included in the recording which are the intellectual property, including copyright, of someone else, I am responsible for seeking permission to include the material in my images/footage/audio.

The University is committed to transparency and to complying with its responsibilities under data protection legislation.  The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. Your rights   You have the rights to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask the PrOPEL Hub to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint against the PrOPEL Hub regarding data protection issues with the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/concerns/).
