The CIPD Goodwork Index is an annual benchmark of good work in the UK drawing upon the UK Working Lives survey, which collects the responses across a number of different dimensions of good work. A team from the PrOPEL Hub were tasked with undertaking this research for the 2021 report.
In the below podcast, some of the team give an overview of findings from the survey and share insights on implications for the quality of work as organisations and policymakers look to build back after the Covid-19 crisis.
