We have all had to learn and change over the past year of the pandemic, finding out things about ourselves and our organisations along the way.
At the PrOPEL Hub we have been sharing our best research insight with you on people, performance and wellbeing. Now we need to hear back from you!
It is time to share your insights and be part of a crowd-sourced library of short video and audio statements on resilience and pandemic learning from real life organisations.
Had no chance to network properly this year? Don’t worry – be part of an online learning experience and use this opportunity to reflect on what has gone well. Then come back and see what your fellow contributors learnt too when the videos / audios go online later in the year.
How it works:
We’re calling for people to send in 1-2 minute video or audio statements of what organisations have learned during this time. For example: How have you have looked after your people? What within the organisation allowed you to ‘pivot’? What worked when remotely managing workers?
The videos / audios don’t need to be fancy or well-shot, just tell us what you’ve learned as an organisation and we’ll edit and upload a selection to PrOPEL’s Youtube channel to be shared later in the year. The uploaded videos will be publicly available with your name and organisation, so please check our media release form to ensure you are happy with the all the fine details.
